Our Story

Since 2012, one family has kept the same fire burning on Plank Road.

What began as a small neighborhood kitchen has become a Fredericksburg ritual — generous plates, food that lands at your table piping hot, and a welcome that makes strangers regulars.

We cook authentic Mexican, not Tex-Mex: customizable, honest, and made to order. The portions are big, the prices are fair, and the rice & beans are non-negotiable.

Now, with a full bar and a fresh look, the room runs a little hotter — but the soul of the place is exactly where we left it.
